Expeditions

Public 'Open Enrolment' Expeditions

Should YOU (client) cancel the expedition, appropriate fees will apply which will include, but are not limited to, administrative fees for notice given:

More than 2 months prior to the trip start date: MHO Adventures retains an Admin fee of 10% (of the total program cost) or $300 per person, whichever is less. Between 2 months and 4 weeks prior to the trip start date, loss of initial deposit (25%). Less than one month prior to the trip start date, no refund will be issued without the purchase of cancellation insurance, purchased at the time of booking from your travel insurance provider.

Courses - WMAI, ORCKA, Paddle Canada, Expedition Food

Public 'Open Enrolment' Courses:

Should YOU (client) cancel your course, appropriate fees will apply which will include, but are not limited to, administrative fees for notice given:

More than 2 months prior to the trip start date: MHO Adventures retains an Admin fee of $45, plus the cost of any text books mailed out and shipping costs.

Between 2 months and 2 weeks prior to the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued.  If you find someone to fill your spot, only the $45 Admin fee will be kept (plus any text and shipping costs).

Less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, no refund will be issued.

For Private Group Courses:

Please refer to your Course Host Agreement for all details.

River Roots Program

Should YOU (student) cancel you registration, appropriate fees will apply which will include, but are not limited to, administrative fees for notice given:

More than 2 months prior to the trip start date: MHO Adventures retains an Admin fee of $500.

Between 2 months and 4 weeks prior to the trip start date, loss of initial deposit (25%).

Less than one month prior to the trip start date, no refund will be issued
