Exceptional Equipment
Comfort, safety, and reliability are top priorities. That’s why we invest in high-quality gear that performs well in all conditions — and keeps you looking good while doing it!
We purchase from Canadian manufacturers whenever possible, keeping our carbon footprint low. Our canoes, made in Quebec, are sold to individuals after 2–3 years of use so our fleet remains in top shape — and our “retired” canoes can continue their journey with new paddlers.
Buying quality gear means fewer replacements and less waste — a win for both our clients and the planet.
Gourmet Expedition Food
Forget freeze-dried pouches - At MHO Adventures, we pride ourselves on serving fresh, hearty, and delicious meals that keep you energized and happy on the trail. Many of our recipes are homemade, refined over years of running wilderness expeditions. We do much of our own food dehydration and include as much fresh produce as possible.
Our menu is designed with nutrition, variety, and satisfaction in mind — and we can accommodate most dietary needs and allergies with care and attention.
Great food doesn’t just taste good — it enhances health, safety, and morale. A well-fed group moves better, feels stronger, and enjoys the wilderness more deeply.
